This 3-grip pull up bar has a narrow grip for supinated chin-ups (underhand grip) and pronated pull-ups (overhand grip) to work mainly arms and chest, and the wide grip to shift the focus more to the back muscles. On the opposite side are a set of parallel bars to work neutral (hammer grip) pull-ups.

The pull-up bars are fitted with premium 1.37 inch (35mm) PVC foam grips for durability and comfort.
