FAQ's

Your Questions Answered

How soon can my competition go live?

This depends on availability. During busy periods like Christmas and Valentine’s Day, it is likely that a lot of placements have already been booked. You’ll need to speak to your personal account manager for specific dates.

How long can I run a competition?

Our usual competition duration is 4 weeks, unless a different length has been pre-arranged with your personal account manager.

Can I present multiple images in my competition?

Our site format only permits one image per competition, so choose wisely!

Can I run multiple competitions at the same time?

Yes, you can! We work with a number of online and in-print publications, so if you find that your demographic fits well with more than one title, we can absolutely run multiple competitions. If your competitions are for the same prize or brand, you would have to run these on separate publications, so there is no crossover on one title.

What is the minimum prize value required?

Each of our titles has its own MPV. To check the required value for a specific publication, give our team a call.

Can I purchase data capture after my competition has ended?

Data capture has to be purchased prior to or during the competition. We do not collect data unless it has been pre-established and paid for.

How much does data capture cost?

Data capture costs between £500 and £750 per competition. You can see the rate of opt-ins for our titles in our media packs here.

Where do I send the prize(s)?

You’ll need to send the prize(s) directly to the winner(s) within 28 days of claiming their details, as per our terms and conditions.

How do I claim the winner(s) details?

Once your competition comes to a close, you will receive an email to the address you created your Competition Platform account with. This will inform you that the details are ready to be downloaded, and to give us a call to go over these in a GDPR compliant manner.
